Get behind the wheel of a Polaris Drift Sprint and compete against family or friends over two dynamic wet short courses, with the aim of crossing the finishing line first. Priced at 249 AED per person, this is a fun and entertaining way to spend some time, and a serious test of your driving capabilities - a challenge well worth taking on.
Another new addition to the product offerings is the Polaris Venue Tour, which gives visitors the opportunity to gain exclusive behind-the scenes access at Yas Marina Circuit, which will host the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2020 on Sunday 13 December.
Drive your own Polaris RZR RS1 vehicle while stopping at key locations of the Circuit, which are normally reserved for drivers, teams and officials, while receiving expert insight from friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Elsewhere at the Circuit this weekend, there is an SWS Practice session on Thursday 8 October ahead of the upcoming Sprint Race, which takes place a week later on Thursday 15 October.
Priced 249 AED, the Practice takes place at Yas Kartzone between 7.30pm and 9pm, giving the best performing drivers an opportunity to earn points towards their SWS total.
Yas Kartzone has been an official SWS track since the event launched during last year’s FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX.
Open to anybody aged 15 or above, drivers compete in kart races all over the world, at venues within the SWS tracks’ network (both indoor and outdoor), throughout the year.
Competitors can check their performances on the SWS website through personalised statistics, allowing you to compare yourself against friends, family and people from around the world, with the best performers qualifying for the Sodi World Series Finals.
UAE driver Hussein Umid Ali was the overall winner when Yas Kartzone hosted the Sodi World Series Joker Challenge last month as he came out on top in three of the four races, picking up 4020 points in total.
