WHAT TO EXPECT

• You will receive an email to complete the driving license and waiver procedures digitally.
• Please have your ticket order number available upon arrival. Our customer experience team will validate your booking and assist you.
• You will receive a safety briefing where you will be briefed on racing line, braking points, overtaking rules, dos & don’ts plus general safety on track. You will then proceed to your driving experience.
• Participants are allowed to bring 3 crew members.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Track Day Experience
  To be eligible to participate in the YAS Premium Car Track Day, participants must have completed at least two Novice sessions at Yas Marina Circuit or hold an FIA/ASN Competition License.
• Driver License Requirements
  • All drivers must present a valid UAE license (residents) or a domestic license from their home country (non-residents); FIA/ASN Competition Licenses are also accepted.
  • The minimum age for drivers is 16 years with an FIA/ASN Competition License. For those holding a standard driving license, the minimum age is 18 years. If your current license does not include the issuance date, please be prepared to provide proof of your previous driving license.
  • For participants under 21, a signed 'Waiver & Indemnity for Minor Drivers and Passengers' form must be completed and signed by a Parent/Guardian.
• Participation Policies
  • The following vehicles are not permitted to participate in Premium Car Track Days on safety grounds: Cars without a valid road registration, Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), vehicles with either more or less than four wheels, and race cars.
  • Visual inspection is compulsory for all participants. This shall be carried out on each participating vehicle by a pit lane instructor to verify suitability for participation in the event. It is the sole responsibility of participants to ensure that their vehicle is in a roadworthy condition prior to registration.
  • EVs may participate with a registration sticker displayed in the windscreen (top right, passenger side).
  • Rear-seat passengers are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • GoPro-type cameras must comply with secure mounting requirements; removal may be instructed by Lead Instructor or Race Control for safety.
  • Cameras attached to helmets are not permitted.
• Attire Requirements
  • All participants must wear a crash helmet (chin strap fastened) and suitable flat-soled closed footwear.
  • UAE national dress and open-toed or loose-fitting sandals are prohibited for safety.
  • Wear clothes that fully cover your arms and legs.
  • Sandals or high heels are not permitted.
  • Overalls & helmets can be rented on site.
• On-Track
  • For safety reasons we would like to remind you that overtaking is not permitted during familiarization laps and on the corners.
  • You may overtake when driving on the straight tracks.
  • The circuit operates all its activities under a specified code of conduct. All participants are expected to show a true sportsmanship spirit and respect towards all fellow participants on and off the track.
